Q. SHIPPING METHOD ERROR AT CHECK OUT

A. If you get this error message when trying to place your order, please send us your zip code at info@crateful.la and we will make sure that it is included on our website.

Q. CAN I MAKE CHANGES IN MY ORDER?

A. Yes, but please note that any changes has to be done 48 hours in advance of delivery date, so please reach us at customerservice@crateful.la with the changes you would like to make and we will be happy to assist you.

Q. CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

A. You can cancel your order provided that the actual delivery has not yet started.

If you would like to cancel after your order period has started, you can find our detailed cancellation and refund policy in the Terms & Conditions section of the website.
We have a 48 hour in advance policy.

MEALS

Q. CALORIE AMOUNTS

A. Each of our menus is designed for a certain calorie count. Pick your menu based on your goals!

Q. CAN I PICK MY MEALS?

A. This is not possible as we have a weekly set menu, but you can select a wide number of restrictions and dislikes to make sure you only receive what you like!

Q. CAN I ORDER ONLY ONE DINNER?

A. The default package we offer consists of minimum lunch and dinner, but if you are interested in buying only dinner for 2 or more people with the same menu, we can make an exception.

Q. MY FOOD ALLERGIES ARE NOT ON THE INGREDIENTS RESTRICTIONS LIST

A. Please reach us at info@eatcrateful.com and based on your allergies/restriction we can give you an answer about being able to manually add additional the allergy/restriction.

Q. IS CRATEFUL ORGANIC?
A. Yes. The Vegetarian Menu is fully organic, whenever possible. The Living Menu uses mostly organic, whole products and local ingredients. Because market availability sometimes precludes the use of organic ingredients exclusively for Chef Cristina’s most exotic recipes, we use our very best judgment to source only the very best ingredients available.

DELIVERY

Q. TIME OF DELIVERY?
A. Crateful delivers 6 nights a week, from Sunday through Friday, between 10pm and 6am.
You will find our cooler bag with the meals outside your door every morning ready to be eaten from the breakfast time on. 

On Friday night we’ll deliver the meals for Saturday and Sunday. Crateful uses professional insulated bag with ice packs inside to ensure the freshness of the products for up to 24hrs. For optimum result, please transfer your meals in the fridge as soon as you receive them.
Q. CAN YOU DELIVER AT A SET TIME?

A. No, we are unfortunately not able to deliver your meals at a set time.

Q. WHAT IF I LIVE IN AN APARTMENT BUILDING AND I DO NOT HAVE A DOORMAN DURING THE NIGHT?

A. In this case you need to specify your building access code, if you have one, in the Delivery Instructions at Check Out.  If you don’t have an access code we will schedule an appointment to get your key or to get them sent to us.

If you do not have a key or a code to provide, please contact your building management as they most likely have a set solution for delivery companies.
Q. WHAT DO I DO WITH MY COOLER BAGS AND ICE PACKS?

A. Please leave your empty cooler bags and ice packs outside your door when you are expecting a delivery and we will pick them up when delivering your meals.

Q. WHEN WILL I GET MY COOLER BAG REFUND

A. If your delivery period has ended and all your cooler bags have been picked up, you should be expecting to see the refund in your account by one week after the final cooler bag pick up.
